As the COVID-19 virus continues to impact our industry both globally and domestically, Lee Supply wants to ensure you that we are taking this matter with the highest of importance and have taken proactive measures to safeguard the health and wellness of both our employees and you as our customer. We have already implemented various protocols recommended by our state government, the CDC and the World Health Organization.

For example, we have now implemented a ‘curbside’ handsfree transaction for loading our CPU orders as well as the delivery of material to our customer locations.

Lee Supply also recognizes our responsibility to the industry and the customers that we serve during this unprecedented and turbulent time. In addition to the health protocols, we have enacted other measures to ensure the continuous and timely delivery of your orders.

We are still operating under our normal business hours and will continue to be available to you 24/7.

  • What are our hours of operation?

    • We’re open from 8am to 5pm for customer pickup.  Our trucks are making deliveries from 7am to 6pm, so please let us know your receiving hours.
  • What measures are we taking to keep our staff and customers safe and healthy?

    • We routinely use bleach or disinfecting wipes on the following:
    • Door handles, knobs, push bars and plates, and any other surfaces people generally put their hands
    • Desks and work areas
    • Restrooms
    • Appliance surfaces that are used in food and drink preparation
    • Kitchen areas, all counter surfaces, tables, and chairs
    • Water fountains and sink areas
    • All staff equipment such as phones, keyboards, mice, mouse pads, printer controls, and light switches
    • All soft surfaces such as chairs.
    • Touchable surfaces of our vending machines
  • What is the Customer Pickup Process? How do I find you? What next?

    • Our Customer Pickup location is at 821 East Independence Street, Tulsa, OK 74106. Drive through the main entrance, past the first buildings and make your way to our main warehouse.
    • Park your vehicle in the Customer Parking Area and call our Customer Pickup Desk at 918-935-7746 or 918-935-7735 to let us know you’ve arrived.
    • We prefer you do not leave your vehicle.  However, should you need to perform inspection of the product, please know that our staff is following social distancing practices.
    • Our staff will load your order and email the documentation to the address on file, plus any other address you wish to give us over the phone when you arrive.

 

  • What steps can I take to avoid or slow the spread of this virus?

    • Maintain a distance of 6 feet from others, regularly wash or sanitize hands with antibacterial hand sanitizer, avoid touching your face, clean surfaces before use, and stay home if sick.
